TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) IS 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS(M-F)!! Large and custom orders TAT is 1-2 weeks business days(M-F). If you need your order faster contact me first at thebcutebrand@gmail. Anything that say preorder takes 3 weeks to come in because it’s a vendor item. RTS (ready to ship) means it is on hand and ready to ship.



Shipping Policy

Orders take 1-14 business days to be processed and shipped so size accordingly. If you need an item sooner please contact us and if we are able to ship sooner there  could possibly be a rush fee of $10 and up.
Based off your selection at checkout, tracking for your order is emailed or sent to you via text once your order is processed and shipped out. Once your order is placed, no changes can be made Including but not limited to the delivery address. If sizes need to be switched out and the order hasn’t been processed and shipped, contact us.
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and take 5-7 business days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) Via First Class mail unless you opt for a different shipping rate. Once your packaged is shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via Shopify to the email address provided with the purchase. We are not responsible for any unexpected delay in the delivery of your package, please contact your local post office. We can only provide you with the same information that is listed on the tracking online as that is all we have access to. 
If you wish to reship any unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. We will not ship a new package if it is returned to us, we will wait until that package has been delivered to us then we will resend it. 
If you are accidentally sent an incorrect item you will be sent a prepaid return label via email. Please print this out and place item in your mailbox or drop at your local post office. Once we receive the incorrect item back from you, we will then send the correct one. We can not send the correct item right away as a lot of times the incorrect item you received needs to go to someone else. 

We are only responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance was selected at checkout. If insurance was NOT selected at checkout, WE WILL NOT be able to replace those items. Insurance does not cover packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at check out that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows your package has been delivered please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. If the package has not been delivered within 30 business days of the item being shipped please reach out to The B'Cute Brand if you have purchased the insurance with your order and you will be sent a new package with the missing items. In the event one of the items that you ordered are out of stock, you will be issued a store credit for the cost you paid for that item. 

If insurance was not purchased, you will need to contact the post office with any and all questions regarding shipping issues.
