Ordering & Payment
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, no changes can be made including but not limited to the delivery address. If sizes need to be switched out and the order hasn’t been processed and shipped, contact us at thebcutebrand@gmail.com we will see if you can accommodate you.
I only got 1 order & I ordered multiple.
My card says it was charged more than once & I only placed 1 order I was cart jacked on the other order. Where is my money?
I am an international customer and I am not sure how much I'll be charged for a purchase.
All pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take store credit in the form of E-gift cards.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from The B'Cute within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact us via email for assistance to update your order at thebcutebrand@gmail.com
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Please understand and be aware that our turn around time is 1-30 business days which are Monday-Friday excluding Holidays. When your order has shipped you will get a tracking number in your email. We do try to ship faster than our TAT it just to be safe. My answer will not change on this. If you need a rush order please contact us at thebcutebrand@gmail.com and we will see if we can accommodate your request, and a rush fee will be attached if we can starting at $10 and up.
My order was confirmed, but I just got an email saying an item is out of stock. What does this mean?
Between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item was no longer available. We will send you an email with an E-gift card containing the amount you are owed for the cost of the item. Please treat the gift card like cash, as it is store credit you can use during a later purchase. Store credit never expires.
Shipping
What company does The B'Cute Brand use to ship packages?
We offer USPS First Class mail, Priority mail, both domestic and internationally. Our expedited shipping is processed with USPS if available.
How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the office you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.
When will my order ship? Can I get an update on my order? It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten updated tracking only a confirmation email.
I received a tracking number for my second order but not my first? I placed the other order first. Can I get an update?
How long does shipping within the US take?
We offer 2-7 day shipping on all orders. For expedited shipping we offer 1-2 Business day, orders must be placed by 12pm CST for it to be processed same day.
How long does it take to ship internationally?
It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
I placed an order and just realized I've been getting several emails and missed calls from The B'Cute brand, what's going on?
In the event we need to verify your order or need to contact you regarding your order in general, we will attempt to call and email you. If we are unable to reach you several times after 7 business days, we will cancel your order and issue you store credit in the amount of the items plus the shipping fee. If you notice a message from The B'Cute Brand via phone or email, please call us back as soon as possible to avoid having your purchase cancelled.
My package said it was delivered but it’s not here.
Returns
My package is being returned to you, what do I do now?
If you wish to reship any unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. We will not ship a new package if it is returned to us, we will wait until that package has been delivered to us then we will resend it.
Does The B'Cute Brand give refunds or exchanges?
The B'Cute Brand will NOT be offering refunds or exchanges on any items.
I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?
Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us within two days of receipt and let us know.

Don't see your question answered? Please email us at thebcutebrand@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Give us up to 72 business hours to respond. Mondays-Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm CST. If we have not responded send another email as it may have went to junk mail or got lost.
