Anything that say preorder takes 3 weeks to come in because it’s a vendor item. RTS (ready to ship) means it is on hand and ready to ship.

Returns Policy


The B'Cute Brand will offer refunds on items if we made a mistake. If we are not in the wrong we will not offer a refund. However, if unhappy with your order we will only be offering store credits. Items must be post marked within 7 days of the delivery date and on the way back to us. When we receive the items you will get a store credit set up for you within 48 business hours of receiving the items. Once your store credit it set up, you will receive the electronic giftcard information via email. If items are returned in different condition than brand new a store credit will NOT be set up. Items must be in the condition we sent them to you. TIGHTS & SALE CATEGORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Our policy lasts 7 business days from the DATE ITEM WAS DELIVERED. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To complete your return, be sure your name and order number is on or in the return envelope. Ship your item/items to the return address on the package.


Buyer pays for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will set up a store credit in the form of a gift card within 48 business hours.
We only replace items at our expense, if they are defective or damaged or we sent the wrong item by mistake.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
